Parts Wholesale – Return and Refund Policy

At Parts Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Eligible Items

  • Unused parts in original packaging
  • Items that are faulty or incorrectly sent
  • Products in resalable condition with all original documentation

Non-Eligible Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Parts that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Items without original packaging or documentation
  • Special order or custom items

How to Return Email us at contact@partswholesale.com with your order number, the part number, and your reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for incorrect or faulty items subject to stock availability. Contact us before sending anything back.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
